- Data provided voluntarily by the user: name, surname, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, when the user fills in a contact form, subscribes to the newsletter, downloads the free mini-course, or enrolls in a course.
- Browsing data: information automatically collected while browsing the site (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site), through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies section).
- Community data: if the user joins the community on Skool, data is also processed according to Skool's own privacy policy.

Providing data for the mini-course and newsletter is optional but necessary to receive the requested content. Without it, we are unable to provide these services.
4. Data Processing and Retention
Data is processed using IT and telematic tools, with organizational and logical methods strictly related to the stated purposes, ensuring its security and confidentiality at all times.
Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected: newsletter/marketing data until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe); contractual and tax data for the period required by applicable civil and tax law (10 years).
5. Disclosure and Transfer of Data to Third Parties
To deliver its services, the Controller relies on third-party providers who may process data as data processors or independent controllers, including:
- Systeme.io (email marketing and funnel platform), based in the European Union (France)
- Skool (community management platform), based in the United States — the transfer takes place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another adequacy mechanism provided by the GDPR
- Website hosting providers
- Any video-conferencing tools used for live classes

6. Data Subject Rights
Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, users may at any time exercise the right to access their personal data, request rectification or erasure, request restriction of processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Users may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy: the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
